I am a Counseling Astrologer, Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Professional Coach. My journey began as a yoga teacher in 2002 and my professional trainings quickly expanded to include Astrology, Reiki, Integrative Yoga Therapy, Integrative Breathwork, Rebirthing, Shamanic Journeying, Coaching, and most recently, Oracle Card Readings.
After a long and winding journey through my own deep healing, and in part due to my voracious appetite for learning, I am now honored to offer Venus Rising Temple workshops from a place of authenticity, cultivated skill development, and direct experience. In collaboration with Grace, I believe wholeheartedly that we are creating a nurturing yet strong container for you to go deep into your Self. We will encourage and support you to explore the ways in which you impede your own progress, perhaps through unconscious belief systems inherited through ancestral lines and/or limitations rooted in the patriarchal world view. This is a deeply transformational process in which surrender, trust and release lead you into ownership, empowerment, and ascension.
When working with clients on an individual basis, I also believe wholeheartedly that the answers to each person’s authentic expression lie within the individual themselves. There is no other who can truly show you your own beauty. You must realize it for yourself. And so, I use a combination of Reiki, Astrology and Oracle Card Readings to begin to lift the veil back for you to truly see yourself...and from there, life changes.
Grace
I am a Reiki Master and Yoga Instructor with training in Kundalini and Tantra. I am an experienced facilitator and educator, leading over 50+ women’s empowerment workshops, events, and programs. I am passionate about creating space for you to connect to the Divine Feminine, deepen self-knowledge and understanding, and activate your voice, power, and potential through full self-expression.
In my spiritual journey, I discovered the power of embodiment and pleasure practices to strengthen my connection to my sacral chakra and heal my relationship with the Divine Feminine. It is through honoring my sacred sexuality and embodying my entire self that I learned how to witness, honor, and move through energies held in my body with unconditional love. I am devoted to holding space for you to do the same.
I am so grateful and honored to voyage the Venus Rising Temple with you. In creating this sacred container for deep self-reflection and self-devotion with Ally, I lead embodiment sessions that invite you to intuitively connect with your body. By holding the intention to transform and awaken to your connection to your sacred feminine essence, you will experience positive shifts in your relationship to yourself, soul, and source.
